I came for my semi annual check up and cleaning, felt like I was visiting with family and friends, staff was friendly as always and super helpful, Abby helped me reset my account password, Xray tech was awesome and very patient. My Hygienist Sara was very good and thorough at the task of "decluttering" my choppers :0. Dr Khakwani was patient and very knowledgeable as we discussed my late eighties crowns ( yes, I am that old :-)) I know it's hard to find a good dental office nowadays (i've had my share of bad experiences with other offices) but Cotton Lane is it for me, I've been with them since they opened, and i'm here to stay, They just feel like family to me and my family.

Hawi and Dr. Hettini were so incredibly kind, caring, and patient from minute one. I have severe anxiety, and they never made me feel pressured, or like I was a burden, and they were reassuring the entire visit. It is so refreshing to be treated as a human being with real feelings and struggles and not just a number moving through the line. I cannot begin express my gratitude for the care and compassion shown by these two. The entire team (special thanks to Allie!) was kind and helpful, but this duo was a Godsend.
