As someone who’s had unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past, I can say with certainty that this office is top-notch when it comes to helpfulness and quality. Everything is explained clearly and professionally, and appointments are always done efficiently. Overall, I’ve had consistently great experiences at this location.

Had a cap fall out so needed a quick repair. I was able to get in 1st thing and Dr Zaidi and SiSi took care of the issue .

I've been going to this office for the past year. I've picked this office because it was convenient with the location, but I didn't expect to have such an amazing experience. Now who can say going to the dentist is amazing? Well, this office exceeds my expectations. The front office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. When you walk in they greet you with a warm welcome and it's NOT a fake "good morning or afternoon". The dental hygienist was very kind and did a great job. All the dental assistants that I've had, have been so kind and personable, especially Alexia. As for the dentist... Dr. Zaidi is absolutely the best dentist I've seen in my 66 years. He's kind, patient, explains everything well and has never tried to upsell anything. He is a down to earth honest man! I highly recommend Cotton Lane Dentistry!!! Even if I moved and the location wasn't convenient anymore, I would still drive to go to this dentist. If I could have given more stars, I would have! Thank you to everyone who works at Cotton Lane!
